Ethics Manual and Code of Conduct

This ethics manual was developed to guide all Clash Node affiliates on expected conduct within our multi-level marketing organization.

Introdution

Clash Node is committed to transparency, integrity and accountability in all of its operations. All affiliates are expected to follow these principles to maintain the trust and reputation of our community.

1. Fundamental Principles

1.1. Honesty and Transparency

  • Be transparent in all communications and transactions.

  • Do not make false promises or statements about the earning potential or performance of Clash Node products and services.

1.2. Integrity

  • Act with integrity in all interactions, both internal and external.

  • Respect applicable laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where Clash Node operates.

1.3. Respect

  • Treat all affiliates, customers and partners with respect and dignity.

  • Promote an inclusive work environment free from discrimination or harassment.

2. Specific Conduct

2.1. Recruitment

  • Do not use deceptive or coercive practices to recruit new affiliates.

  • Provide clear and accurate information about the compensation plan, including earning requirements and possible expenses involved.

2.2. Advertising and Promotion

  • Ensure that all claims made in promotional materials are accurate and verifiable.

  • Avoid exaggerations or false statements about products, services or business opportunities.

2.3. Sales and Marketing

  • Market products and services in an ethical and responsible manner.

  • Respect customer privacy and do not share personal information without explicit consent.

3. Professional Relationships

3.1. With the clients

  • Maintain the confidentiality of customer information.

  • Provide high quality customer service and respond promptly to all queries and complaints.

3.2. With Affiliates

  • Provide ongoing training and support to help affiliates achieve their goals.

  • Promote an environment of collaboration and mutual support.

3.3. With Competitors

  • Compete fairly and respect the rights and initiatives of competitors.

  • Do not denigrate or disseminate false information about competitors.

4. Compliance and Implementation

4.1. Monitoring and Auditing

  • Carry out regular audits to ensure compliance with this ethics manual.

  • Implement mechanisms to identify and correct ethics violations.

4.2. Training

  • Provide ongoing ethics and compliance training programs for all affiliates.

  • Ensure that everyone is aware of their ethical responsibilities.

4.3. Reporting Violations

  • Establish a confidential channel to report ethics violations via email contact@clashnode.io.

  • Investigate all reports in a fair and impartial manner, protecting the confidentiality of whistleblowers.

5. Specific Rules

5.1. Change of Sponsor

  • Changing sponsors is not allowed in the Clash Node system. All affiliates must respect the sponsorship structure established at the time of registration.

5.2. User Harassment

  • Harassment of platform users by other affiliates is intolerable. After the first warning, if there is a recurrence and concrete evidence of harassment towards another sponsor, the offending affiliate's account will be blocked.

6. Brand Use on Social Media

6.1. General Rules for Using the Brand

  • All affiliates must use the Clash Node brand responsibly and in accordance with the company's branding guidelines.

  • The use of the brand must always positively reflect Clash Node's image and values.

6.2. What can be done

  • Share official Clash Node content such as approved announcements, updates and marketing materials.

  • Create your own content that promotes Clash Node in a positive and informative way, as long as it complies with the branding guidelines and is approved by the company.

  • Use official Clash Node logos and images as provided in the official media kit.

6.3. What Cannot Be Done

  • Modify or change the Clash Node logo in any way.

  • Use the Clash Node brand in content that may be considered offensive, defamatory or that violates laws and regulations.

  • Make false or misleading claims about Clash Node products, services or business opportunities.

  • Use the brand to promote products, services or business opportunities unrelated to Clash Node.

  • Create profiles, pages or groups on social networks that may confuse users about authenticity and affiliation with Clash Node.

6.4. Rules for Publishing Marketing Materials

  • Do not publish marketing materials that do not follow the guidelines presented in the Brand Book Clash Node.

  • Remember that you can support Clash Node on social media. But no one can create profiles claiming to be official Clash Node profiles. (Please note that the links below are the only official Clash Node social media pages. We do not officially endorse any other profiles that claim association with Clash Node.)

7. Communication and Terminology

7.1. Proper Use of Terminology

  • Do not refer to "affiliates" as "investors" or "licenses" as "investments".

  • For example, don't say anything like "If you invest in License X, the return on your investment will be huge!". Do not guarantee profits. For example, don't say anything like "You'll earn 3 times your investment!"

  • Instead, say something like "After purchasing license Flash Loans technology."

  • Do not give financial advice. Use an appropriate disclaimer to emphasize your approach: "You are not expected or offered to invest, purchase or carry out any related financial activities, in any shape or form, based on any information contained herein, and You acknowledge that such activities are your sole personal responsibility.”

8. Consequences of Violations

8.1. Disciplinary measures

  • Apply disciplinary measures proportionate to the severity of the violation, which may include warnings, suspensions or even termination of the association.

8.2. Repair

  • Implement corrective actions to repair any damage caused by ethics violations.

  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the corrective measures implemented.

9. Review and Update

9.1. Periodic Review

  • Carry out periodic reviews of this ethics manual to ensure that it remains up to date and relevant.

  • Incorporate affiliate feedback and changes to applicable laws and regulations.

9.2. Update Communication

  • Inform all affiliates of any updates or revisions to this ethics manual.

  • Make the most up-to-date version of the manual available to all interested parties

Clash Node is proud of its reputation built on ethics and integrity. This handbook serves as a guide for all affiliates, ensuring that we continue to operate in an ethical and responsible manner. Adherence to these principles is critical to continued success and trust in our community.

Code of Conduct for Affiliates

1. Compliance with Laws

  • Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdictions.

2. Personal Conduct

  • Maintain professional and ethical behavior in all activities related to Clash Node.

3. Relationship with customers

  • Treat customers fairly and honestly, providing accurate and complete information about products and services.

4. Confidentiality

  • Protect the confidentiality of Clash Node and customer information.

5. Interest conflicts

  • Avoid situations that may generate conflicts of interest and immediately communicate any potential conflict to the Clash Node administration.

6. Use of Company Property

  • Use Clash Node resources and properties only for authorized purposes and in accordance with company policies.
