AFFILIATE SYSTEM
1. I have a question, how can I get it resolved?
For support, follow these steps: send an email to support@clashnode.io, include your username (USERNAME), and clearly and detailedly describe your question. This way, we can accurately identify your account and provide the necessary support.
2. Where can I find materials and tutorials about Clash Node?
You can access all our official materials in the [USER GUIDE] menu via this link: Clash Node User Guide. There, you will find the presentation PDF in your language, FAQ, videos, tutorials, White Paper, and all the company's brand materials.
3. How can I exchange my CLHC Tokens for liquidity during the Private Sale Phase?
Go to the [Web3 Wallet] menu and click the SWAP button. The system will display a window with options to exchange your CLHC tokens for USDT POLYGON or POL.
Steps to Exchange Your Tokens:
Access Your Account:
Log in to your account and go to the WEB3 Wallet menu.
Navigate to the Token Exchange Section:
Locate the section dedicated to token exchange.
Select the Quantity (minimum of 1000 CLHC):
Choose the amount of CLHC you want to exchange for USDT or POL.
Confirm the Operation:
Complete the exchange and enjoy immediate liquidity.
Important: When you exchange your CLHC tokens for USDT or POL, 100% of the tokens will be burned, permanently removing them from circulation. This strategic action is designed to strengthen our economy and promote more stable and long-term growth for the entire Clash Node community.
4. What happens after depositing cryptocurrencies on the platform?
After depositing cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, POL, USDT BEP20, USDT POLYGON) on the platform, the amounts are automatically converted to CLHC Tokens, which will be immediately available in your account. From this point, you have three options for using your tokens:
Transfer to Decentralized Wallets: Send your CLHC tokens to a wallet that supports the Polygon Blockchain, such as Metamask, Trust Wallet, Safepal, among others.
Staking: Lock your tokens for a specified period and receive daily rewards. Staking is available for periods from 7 days, offering flexibility up to 360 days.
Acquire Arbitrage Licenses: Purchase licenses to operate in the Manual or Automatic Arbitrage systems and receive an Instant Loan (Flash Loan) equivalent to 200% of the value of your license.
To proceed, access the [Bots Licenses] menu and select a license starting from $100. Agree to the terms, generate a two-factor code that will be sent to your registered email, enter the 6-digit code, and wait for processing on the Polygon blockchain network. Then, check in the [Flash Loans] menu if your NFT was successfully acquired. After these steps, your account will be configured to automatically receive daily earnings from arbitrage with flash loans.
If you choose manual operations, you will need to connect your self-custody wallet, such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, SafePal, Connect Wallet, among others, to manually execute arbitrage operations with flash loans. No additional actions are needed to receive daily earnings from arbitrage unless you opt for manual operations.
5. How do automatic and manual arbitrage operations with Flash Loans work?
The Flash Loan arbitrage market depends on the liquidity between the DEX operating in specific Liquidity Pools. If you are unable to perform the operation manually, you will still receive gains automatically. This means you will never miss out on daily performance on the acquired license, as our hybrid system detects when the user cannot execute the operation manually. Your gains are daily and will continue until double the value of the acquired license is reached.
Automatic Operations: Automatic operations are computed daily after 00:00 (London time). During this update, the system credits a variable amount of up to 1% per day to the accounts of users with an active license, as long as they have not performed manual operations that day.
Manual Operations: Users who connect their license NFT to a decentralized wallet (such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or others) can perform manual operations using Clash Lend AI technology. These operations are conducted in 24-hour cycles.
Each manual operation can be performed with a maximum value of $500 per time, i.e., licenses from $100 to $500 can be done once every 24 hours. This means that if a user has a $10,000 license with an additional $10,000 loan (200%), they will need to perform 40 operations of $500 throughout the day to utilize the entire available value. After completing these operations, the system will release another 40 operations the next day, allowing the transactions to continue.
6. How can I use my Web3 wallet on Clash Node?
Your Web3 wallet is specifically designed to move CLHC tokens. To avoid losing funds, do not deposit other cryptocurrencies or tokens that are not CLHC or POL (to cover the gas fee for moving CLHC tokens). You can use this Web3 address to send CLHC tokens between platform members, allowing another member to use your tokens in various activities, such as:
Sending CLHC to an external self-custody wallet to hold the currency (HODL).
Buying an arbitrage license with flash loans.
Staking CLHC for a specified period.
This provides flexibility and security when moving and using your tokens within the platform.
7. How to access wrongly deposited funds in USDT Polygon or Matic in your Web3 wallet of your Clash Node account?
To access your funds deposited in USDT Polygon, follow these instructions:
Log into your account and select the [Web3 Wallet] option from the menu.
Click [Export Private Key] to export your private key.
Confirm the 2FA code to receive a 6-digit code and access your security phrases. Note down your private key in a secure place.
Open a NEW ACCOUNT in Metamask using these 12 security phrases and follow the confirmation steps. Do not forget to select the Polygon network and add the USDT Polygon and POL tokens to 9. view and move your funds.
8. What are the requirements for creating a username on Clash Node?
The username must meet the following requirements:
Uniqueness: The username must be unique and cannot be the same as an existing user.
Format: The username must consist of lowercase or uppercase letters (alphanumeric) and cannot contain spaces.
The system automatically replaces spaces with a "+" sign. For example:
Do not use: john clash ❌
Use: johnclash (all together and no space) ✅
Allowed Characters: Usernames can be alphanumeric, meaning they can contain letters and numbers.
Avoid Special Characters: Avoid using many special characters like ".", ",", "%", "^".
No Accents: Do not use accents when creating your username.
Following these rules ensures that your username will be accepted by the system and avoids future problems.
9. How to buy and exchange your CLHC Tokens?
When you make a cryptocurrency deposit in the [BUY CLHC TOKEN] menu, you will receive the amount of CLHC tokens relative to the deposit amount at the fixed exchange rate in the private sale phase of the Token at the price of $0.01. At this point, you can withdraw and exchange your CLHC tokens for USDT POLYGON or POL in the SWAP area, paying a 3% fee. You can also buy CLHC tokens and send them to a self-custody address that supports the Polygon blockchain network or stake CLHC for up to 360 days.
10. What to do if a Flash Loan operation fails?
Check the Connected Wallet: Ensure that the wallet connected to the system is the same as the one the NFT was sent to.
Check the Wallet Network: Ensure that the wallet network is correctly configured for the Polygon Blockchain.
Market Liquidity Conditions: The market may be experiencing a liquidity shortage at the time of the operation, try at another time.
11. How does binary payment work in Clash Node?
Clash Node never pays more than 40% of the total value that enters the binary system. Each user can receive between 8% and 10% of the binary. Even if the total accumulated binaries of all users reach a high value, the company will never exceed the 40% limit of the value that enters.
Details: Each user can receive between 8% and 10% of the binary. However, even if the total accumulated binaries of all users reach a high value, the company will never exceed the 40% limit of the value that enters.
How It Works in Practice:
Example 1:
Total Entry Value: $100,000
Maximum Binary Payment Limit: $40,000 (40% of the total entry value)
User A: Qualified for 10% → Receives $10,000
User B: Qualified for 8% → Receives $8,000
User C: Qualified for 10% → Receives $10,000
User D: Qualified for 10% → Receives $10,000
Total Binary Paid: $38,000
Example 2:
Total Entry Value: $200,000
Maximum Binary Payment Limit: $80,000 (40% of the total entry value)
Qualified Users: 8 users with different percentages
Distribution: Each qualified user receives a part of the $80,000 according to their qualification percentage.
User A: Qualified for 10%
User B: Qualified for 10%
User C: Qualified for 8%
User D: Qualified for 8%
User E: Qualified for 8%
User F: Qualified for 10%
User G: Qualified for 8%
User H: Qualified for 8%
To distribute the $80,000 proportionally among the users:
Users qualified for 10% should receive a larger share of the total compared to those qualified for 8%.
Assuming the total rights of the users add up to 100%, the distribution will be proportional to these percentages.
Proportional Calculation:
Total Percentages:
10% + 10% + 8% + 8% + 8% + 10% + 8% + 8% = 70%
Final Distribution:
User A: Qualified for 10% → Receives $11,428.57
User B: Qualified for 10% → Receives $11,428.57
User C: Qualified for 8% → Receives $9,142.86
User D: Qualified for 8% → Receives $9,142.86
User E: Qualified for 8% → Receives $9,142.86
User F: Qualified for 10% → Receives $11,428.57
User G: Qualified for 8% → Receives $9,142.86
User H: Qualified for 8% → Receives $9,142.86
Summary: The 40% of the value that enters is divided among all users qualified to receive the daily binary value. The distribution is made according to each user's qualification percentage, ensuring a fair and sustainable system.
12. How to make automatic cryptocurrency deposits correctly?
The system only recognizes automatic payments made through identical cryptocurrency pair deposits. If a user sends a POL deposit to a USDT address on the Polygon network, the system will not recognize the payment.
Necessary Action: In this case, the user must contact company support via email: support@clashnode.io. Send the TXID (transaction hash) and identify yourself with the login (username) so that the technical team can recover the funds within 24 hours and credit the recovered amount to the user's account.
Incorrect Deposits - ❌NEVER DEPOSIT:
POL to USDT Polygon
BNB to USDT BEP20 address
Correct Deposits - ✅ALWAYS DEPOSIT:
POL to POL
USDT Polygon to USDT Polygon
USDT BEP20 address to USDT BEP20
13. What happens if I do not perform manual operations?
All operations you do not perform manually, the system will perform automatically, crediting a performance of up to 1% per day on the license of $100 and above. Licenses of $20 and $50 do not generate daily earnings! When you accumulate $30 in earnings, you can withdraw your funds!
14. Where are automatic and manual operations credited?
Automatic operations are credited directly to your Clash Node account. When you accumulate $30 in your account, you can withdraw your earnings. Manual operations are credited directly to the user's self-custody wallet, such as Metamask.
15. How are operations registered on the Clash Node Platform?
All functions in the Backoffice generate records on the Blockchain. Here's how it works:
Deposit and Token Purchase: When you make a cryptocurrency deposit on the platform to buy the CLHC token, a record is automatically generated on the Blockchain for both the deposit and the conversion of the cryptocurrency to CLHC.
Arbitrage License Purchase: When you use your CLHC tokens to buy the arbitrage license, the following occurs:
The tokens are transferred to a dead wallet and 100% of the tokens are burned.
A new record is then generated on the Blockchain for the issuance of an ERC721 Token (NFT).
This NFT records all the smart contract activities, including arbitrage earnings and the earning cap.
When the license reaches the earning cap, the smart contract issues a command to the NFT to finalize the earnings.
Staking: When you stake your tokens, information is automatically recorded in the Staking smart contract on the blockchain.
Token Exchange: When exchanging CLHC for USDT or POL, a swap record is generated on the blockchain with the corresponding conversion rate.
Transfers: When you send your tokens to MetaMask or another self-custody wallet, or when you send CLHC tokens to another user's web3 wallet, a record of this transfer is generated on the blockchain.
Withdrawals: When you make a withdrawal, a record of this transaction is generated on the blockchain.
Referral and Binary Bonus Earnings: When you earn from referrals or binary bonuses, a record is made on the Blockchain. This operation goes through three validations until the amount becomes available for withdrawal. This synchronization is performed every 30 minutes.
Note that all these operations are 100% recorded on the Polygon Blockchain.
